Alomé is the public brand operated by La Vita Outdoor Living Co., Ltd, No. 99 Renjing Road, Yanghe Town, Gaoming District, Foshan City, Guangdong, China (referred to as “Alomé”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy).

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse this website, contact us, request product or project information, submit a quotation request or apply for a distribution relationship.

02 · Information we collect

We collect only information that is reasonably relevant to the business enquiry or website interaction. Form fields marked as required are needed for us to assess and respond to the request; other fields are voluntary.

  • Identity and business details, such as your name, role, company, company type and country or region.
  • Contact details, such as your business email address and telephone or WhatsApp number.
  • Enquiry details, such as project type, product interest, intended application, target timing and the message you send.
  • Distributor application details, including product categories, distribution capability and market plan.
  • Technical and source information used to operate and protect the website, such as the page used to submit an enquiry, browser or device information, IP-derived security signals and campaign parameters where available.

03 · How we use personal data

  • To review, route and respond to B2B product, project, distribution and general enquiries.
  • To prepare the appropriate product information, resource, specification path or quotation discussion.
  • To assess distributor and commercial partnership applications.
  • To maintain the security, reliability and performance of the website and prevent abusive or automated submissions.
  • To maintain business correspondence and records connected with an active commercial relationship.
  • To measure website and campaign performance where the relevant non-essential technologies are active and the visitor has made the required choice.
  • To comply with legal obligations, exercise legal rights and respond to lawful requests.

04 · When we share information

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or where required by law.

  • Service providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, CRM, business communications and technical operations, including HubSpot and Cloudflare where those services are configured.
  • Analytics and advertising service providers only when the relevant technologies are active and the required visitor choice has been obtained.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts or public authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.
  • A successor organisation in connection with a genuine reorganisation, merger, acquisition or transfer of the relevant business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

05 · International processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside the jurisdiction where you are located or where we operate. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps through provider selection, contractual controls and access restrictions to protect the information in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable law.

06 · Retention

General website enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.

If an enquiry develops into an active business relationship, relevant correspondence and transaction records may be retained for longer where necessary to perform a contract, meet legal or accounting obligations, establish or defend legal claims, or maintain an accurate opt-out record.

07 · Direct marketing

An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where an optional marketing choice is offered, it is separate from the enquiry and is not selected in advance. We use the relevant contact details for the stated class of Alomé business communications only after receiving the required indication of consent or no objection.

You may ask us to stop direct marketing at any time, without charge, by using the unsubscribe method in a message or contacting us at info@alomeoutdoor.com.

08 · Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use essential technologies for security and core operation. Analytics and advertising technologies are not activated without the visitor choice required for those purposes. More information is available in our Cookie Notice.

09 · Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, loss, erasure or use. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10 · Your rights and contact

You may ask whether we hold personal data about you and request access to or correction of that data, subject to applicable data protection laws and any permitted limitations. You may also raise a question about retention, object to direct marketing or ask us to review a deletion request.

Send privacy requests to info@alomeoutdoor.com and include enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
